A Staging Consultation is a prelisting service to provide detailed room by room recommendations for decluttering, neutralizing, and optimal furniture placement with the goal of enhancing the property’s appeal from the outside in.

Photo Preparation is a hands-on service to prepare a property for real estate photography using only the seller’s furnishings. This service may be used as a follow on to the Consultation (above) or a stand-alone service.

Following the Consultation and once the recommendations are implemented by the home owner, Staging Magic will elevate the property with a curated selection of accessories such as artwork, lighting, soft goods, greenery, kitchen and bath items, etc., thereby providing visual improvements throughout and strengthening the emotional connection.

A Restyling Consultation is the process of giving your home a fresh, updated look by repurposing or refreshing what you already own or incorporating new accessories without major design changes or renovations.
